Walls are paper thin, so if the movie next door is louder than the one you're watching, it's annoying as hell. You can ALWAYS hear the other movie(s). Recliners are nice, but the cinemas are small.
Still a good theater. However the cleanliness is slipping especially the carpet in the lobby area very sticky near the restroom. I suspect someone spilled a drink at some point and the carpet just needs scrubbed proper after a last showing. Some chairs are showing wear. But only one time in 3 years did I get a broken one. They gave me a comp. Ticket when I told them.
I LOVE it moveable seats so you don't have to sit upright and getting in is almost no hassle at all, just show the ticket they scan and you go through metal detectors easy! no outside beverages or food though sadly
I really enjoyed myself. The cinema was clean a and the movie was great. The popcorn and the soda tasted good. The staff had great customer service. I will definitely be back soon
From the managers down to the staff, this place is awesome. Always ready to assist. I am in the midst of planning a group event and the managers Brandon, Theresa, and Lisa have been such a big help! I am very impressed and couldn't think of a better theater to enjoy our group outting. Thanks a ton!
